(Reuters) – U.S. local weather envoy John Kerry will depart the administration later this winter and plans to assist President Joe Biden’s election marketing campaign, Kerry’s workplace mentioned on Saturday.
Kerry, a U.S former secretary of state, knowledgeable his workers earlier on Saturday after talking with Biden earlier this week, a spokesman for Kerry advised Reuters.
Axios first reported on Saturday that Kerry, 80, will depart the administration later this winter, and plans to assist Biden’s marketing campaign.
Kerry was instrumental helps to dealer the 2015 Paris Local weather Settlement, in addition to the UAE Consensus that requires the transition away from fossil fuels reached in December at COP28 in Dubai.
