Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s father Balkaur Singh has accused the Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab authorities of harassment after he welcomed his second son.
Balkaur Singh and his spouse Charan Kaur welcomed a child boy on March 17, almost two years after they misplaced their solely son Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly referred to as Sidhu Moose Wala.
