The presidential ballot was marred by logistical issues and credibility issues.
The Electoral Fee says early outcomes present President Felix Tshisekedi is within the lead.
However opposition candidates are complaining of irregularities and poll fraud. They need the vote annulled and are calling for protests this week.
What occurs if it’s not?
